of sauce specially used for stir-fry, marinade, to pour over or
dip. Ideal as Simmer sauce, Gravy for Chicken Chop, Steak &
Burger.
Ingredients
450g (1 lb) Beef ribs, cut into pieces
1 onion, shredded
1/2 Red bell pepper, shredded
Marinade
Yamie Black Pepper sauce 4 tbsp Salt 1/2 tsp

Seasoning
Yamie Black Pepper Sauce 100ml (1/2 cup) Water 2
tbsp
Instructions

Marinate beef ribs for 30 minutes

Pan-fry beef ribs until done. Set aside.

Saute onion in 1 tsb oil until fregant. Add bell pepper,
seasonings and beef ribs. Stir well until heated through
and serve.

Stir-fried Fish with Black Pepper Sauce:

Ingredients
350g/ 12oz Fish fillet, cut into pieces
50g / 2 oz celery, cut into strips
50g/ 2oz Carrot, cut into strips
2 stalks Spring onion, cut into sections
Marinade
3 tbsp Yamie black pepper sauce
Salt tsp

Yamie black pepper sauce 75ml (1/3 cup)
Water 2 tbsp
Instructions

Marinate fish for 15 minutes |

Blanch carrot and celery in boiling water for a short
while and drain. |

Saute spring onion in 2 tbsp oil until done. |

Then stir in carrot, celery and seasonings. Stir well
until heated through and serve. |

Stir Fried Chicken with Black Pepper Sauce:

1/2 Onion, cut into pieces

1 Green bell pepper, cut into pieces

Yamie Black Pepper Sauce 60ml/ 1/4 cup Salt 1/2 tbsp

Seasonings
Yamie Black Pepper Sauce 60 ml / 1/4 cup Water 2 tbsp

Mix chicken with marinade for 15 minutes |

Saute onion in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add chicken
and stir-fry until done. |

Add green bell pepper and Yamie Black Pepper Sauce.
Stir well until heated through and serve. |

Black Pepper Steak:

Ingredients
170g / 6oz Sirloin beef steak
Butter 25g or oil 1 1/2 tbsp
Sauce
Yamie Black Pepper Sauce 75ml (1/3 cup) Salt 1/2 tsp

Instructions

Heat pan and put in butter/ oil. Put in steak and
fry until golden brown or as desired. Dish up. |

Heat black pepper sauce and pour sauce over steak
and serve. Can be served with vegetables and baked potato. |
